I accompany a relative to PIPS so I am only familiar with the waiting area. staff all very pleasant and helpful. waiting area rather small and a bit dull to wait in, if I am being very honest and shallow. that said, PIPS is a charity to help people with all sorts of mental health, so I'd rather they were spending money on counsellors etc rather than pimping up the waiting area.

Theres not enought of places like pipa i was in a sucidle so i pphoned on a monday got an appointment for 6pm that night and started my counseling the following monday all of it happened with in a week and im glad that i made that call

I've generally found their employees and volunteers to be reliable and supportive, and continue to engage with them on a regular basis.I expect there is a good deal of demand for and therefore big pressures on PIPS Charity and the rest of the voluntary sector, not least due the gaps and failures in so many of the public services we all pay for.I'd urge others to reach-out to PIPS, and to help to support them and their work if you are able to do so.

The people here were empathetic and professional, I don't think anyone 'wants' to visit here but in a dark time of need it us the most welcoming place to be.

Having taken occupancy of a fully refurbished building, PIPS now offers a stellar haven of safety and comfort for those in crisis of whatever age. Professional counselling and Befriending are available FREE to all / any requiring support. Spacious, private and calming rooms are all available for support or just a chance to talk and be listened to. PIPS staff are professional, caring, respectful and qualified to help support any age through any crisis. All done in strict confidentiality at all times. PIPS understands and PIPS cares.
