Dr McDonald is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. He always goes the extra mile and has definitely saved my life once or twice thanks you for all you’ve done

Mrs kurkerjaia is plain RUDE never in my life have i ever experienced anything like it! she should not be in the profession she has not got a caring bone in her body so glad I changed doctor's.

I haven't seen my doctor in over Yr, clinicians were great as was doctor Mcdonald. My is is a month long, I require sick note. First told can't until existing runs out. Told phone Wed, call Wed, sick note will be ready Friday. I called Friday morning sicknote will be ready at 5. I called at 5 still not ready call at 615. I walked round. Stood there 10 minutes. Watched ms kurkreja hand them to reception who seemed unable to control stress. Sicknote handed over. I require another. Called Wed. Said be ready by Friday. Call Friday morning. It will be done by 5pm. Called at 5 not signed. Yet apparently it was on his desk. In morning. Told to call at 6 I did. Not ready, same wo.an complained at how busy are. Told me I'd get message when done. Called at 6.30. As when close. She said I would hear by 7. When they go home. Got missed call at 6.58. I ran round shut.

Been waiting for an MRI which the doctor didn’t want to give. Was advised by the physiotherapist to inform them it needs to be sped up due to a possible torn ligament in my shoulderWhen I called, the receptionist asked me 2 questions & when I was in the middle of answering she interrupted me several times to the point where I could not think straightI asked her to not do that, talk over me when I’m answering her questions & she replied stating she wasn’t arguing with me. LOLI don’t know what she defines as an argument but I will say she obviously doesn’t like being told about her unprofessional mannerI then got a letter about “inappropriate” behaviour to advise if that happens again I’ll be taken off the surgery listOh I do apologise for telling a supposed professional person that I don’t appreciate being spoken over! Entitled springs to mindDoctor also spoke over me and didn’t give a toss

I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. I had been there for 2 years and did not manage to see my GP. Speaking with irony, I am not sure such a person exists. Several times, the receptionist rejected me with the explanation – this is not a reason to see a doctor; you have to go to the pharmacy to get something. My answers that I have already done this were not very helpful. The only appointment I got was with a pharmacist who recommended purchasing some things I already had. On top of this, should I explain my medical problems to the receptionist in the waiting room in front of everyone inside? Stay away from this place.

This would have been a great surgery if it wasn't for Mr and Mrs Kukraija. They both just don't care about their patients. They don't deserve to practice. I'm suffering from something I should have got treatment for but Mrs Kukraija did didn't do anything, twice I went to see her, and now it's gotten worse. I miss Dr McDonald, this surgery should hire someone like him.

This place never put things forward ,my mother came out of hospital September 2022 and I put a request in for the incontinence nurse to pay my mother a visit, I was told by the reception at the doctor's this would be a long time , January 2023 I checked and they had not passed it on they would do it straight away, yesterday when enquiring 21/4/23 they still had not done it
