Absolutely done an amazing job. Martin and his team were polite, friendly and professional. He gave me advice and tips and nothing was too much trouble, he has a lot of patience. He did a fantastic job we are so pleased with our new bathroom. He was very clean and tidy I would definitely recommend him 100%. Will definitely call him again for future jobs I have.

Martin is extremely professional. We have now used him for a few jobs; fixing and retiling our bathroom, putting up new tiles in our kitchen and fixing some new doors. He's a pleasure to do business with as he is prompt in responding, he'll guide you through the process, the job is always to a great standard and he leaves the house very tidy! He would be my first call for any jobs around the house.

I can’t recommend Natural House enough. They did an excellent job in our bathroom, taking a huge amount of care in their level of fit and finish. The quality is outstanding. All receipts were provided for materials and dialogue on progress was good. Excellent service.

Martin did a good job fitting a small en suite bathroom. Very quickly and professionally sorted a few niggling issues and was keen to follow up a few weeks later to make sure everything was still ok.Honest and professional service at a reasonable price.

Still awaiting for the Martin to fix units that they have damaged - they keep using the covid excuse that everything is delayed, he is waiting for a response? I have all the emails and photographic evidence that we sent to him, he keeps going round in circulars - my advise to you is do not pay upfront ever.

Martin and his team recently refurbished our bathroom. They worked long hours to get the work done. There were some issues (when isn’t there?), but Martin worked flexibly to ensure the work was completed to a very high standard. We have used Martin on several projects and we will use him again the future. Thoroughly recommended.

I was very happy with the service provided by Groupro Services. From start to finish I was fully informed of the process and to be provided with an actual design that was actually 3D was fantastic so I could get a proper view and feel of what my bathroom was going to look like. Martin from Groupro is a very friendly and professional man and has provided me with excellent after care also and peace of mind that if anything needs attention further down the line then he will complete this. 10 out of 10! I will now be looking towards Groupro designing and completing a new kitchen for me - this is as a result of money saved in choosing Groupro rather then the other companies I gained larger quotes from.
