We had a log burner fitted. The guys came did a brilliant job of preparing our fireplace for the log burner. Very messy and dusty job. Then came and fitted it. Looks brilliant and we are very happy and warm . Highly recommended.

Excellent service from this place. Bought a fire about a year ago and recently had a problem with it. Since it was for my 93 year old mother who has it on most of the time, I asked for an urgent service. Even though the engineers were very busy someone came out first thing the following morning and fixed the problem and according to my mother he was an extremely nice gentlemen. Well done and thanks.

We had two fireplaces fitted several years ago and they were excellent. However more recently we’ve tried to have some remedial work done on one of the hearths. I was told to email with pictures so I did. I heard nothing. I phoned and was told my email had gone into their junk mail. Once they’d found it they had an engineer look at the work needed to be done I asked for a quote and despite many phone calls all of which have gone unanswered I have yet to receive a quote. This process has gone on for several months. Very disappointed in this and will now go elsewhere.

We have had a amazing experience with this company from start to finish, their whole operation is smooth and faultless. They gave us great impartial expert advice, managed our expectations with great customer service and Immactually installed the log burner we purchased from them.We didn't feel at any time pressured into the sale, the people here are very welcoming and friendly, they are more than happy to answer any questions you have they even encouraged us to take some literature home to read so we could make an informed decision before placing our order with them.Most of my contact for the buying and installtion has been with Dan, he made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and has been absoloutely brilliant. He is very knowledgable, responds to emails promptly and is very accommodating - he made me feel like no request would be too much trouble.I am so glad we chose to go with Charnwood fireplaces to place our order, I'm not someone who is easily impressed but these people are experts in their field who are passionate and care about what they do.
