Superb product and service. Needed a replacement liner as our old pond was full of tadpoles and leaking. Found the ideal small liner and it was delivered the following day! Flexible and easily installed, the tadpoles were safely transferred and now I don' have to top up every day. Now home to a host of happy froglets. First class!

We're delighted with the water feature we chose. There was a lot of choice on the website, we settled for a metal one in a contemporary style. It fits in perfectly. Delivery was swift, and the minor assembly needed was easy.

Unfortunately the 1st water feature arrived damaged. Customer service was helpful in arranging a collection and sending a replacement but this took a further 10days to arrive. The 2nd water feature was relatively straightforward to setup although the instructions could be a little better. The solar panel needs full sunshine to operate the water pumps, so you definitely need the battery as well.

Highly Recommended Excellent service! In ignorance of exactly what was needed I bought the wrong item. Called the business, very helpful and sorted immediately, and second correct item delivered swiftly. Returned the first item and received full refund including the postage - all within a week! Already installed and working perfectly - good products and at a fair price with excellent service - what's not to like?? I know where to go when I need help in the future !

We bought the solar water feature including water pump and solar panel. The feature was easy to set up and once the solar panel had charged up it worked as described and makes a nice feature in the middle of the lawn. We were missing a small component which forms a spray but as soon as I contacted customer service they immediately sent the missing part and it arrived within a couple of days

Absolutely love my new water feature. Its actually bigger than I expected and fits well in our small garden. With the lovely weather recently, we have spent many nights sitting in the garden listening to the calming cascading water. The birds are enjoying it too. Communication and delivery were excellent. I will use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Really excellent service from this company. We bought two solar water features - pleased with how they looked but one had a faulty solar panel. One email and two days later a new one arrived. They both look great in the garden - we played around a bit with the panels to make them as unobtrusive as possible which wasn't too difficult. Overall very happy with our purchase thank you.
