Whenever I'm travelling for work, and there's an Eataly in the city, it's almost a given that I'll pay a visit. It's such a welcoming spot, perfect for any dining situation.This trip was extra special because my partner, my girlfriend, was with me. She was there to support me during my business travels. We made our way to Eataly at noon on a busy Wednesday. Despite the lunchtime crowd, primarily local office workers filling up the seats, we effortlessly found a spot without waiting in line.We each chose a pasta dish, and Eataly never disappointed. The quality and taste were spot on, maintaining the high standards we've come to expect from this place. Dining there with my partner made the experience even more enjoyable.

This was my first time in Eataly.. Food was excellent, every single thing I’ve tasted is one of the best in London. Pasta, pizza simply great and gelato, tiramisu no word to describe totally amazing. Wood oven and pizza can never go wrong. Even the Coke is made in Italy and it tastes soo good must try. Coffees are great aswell. Try affagato, Italian gelato meets Italian coffee and result is superb. But, Eataly has some issues I’ve to tell. First of all, staff is amazing. Everybody is super friendly and doing their best but I think restaurant part is missing some waiters. Guys running everywhere but can’t reach everybody on time, that place definitely needs more waiters. Other than that place is too noisy, this food deserves a much better place.. Restaurant part is too small and looks a bit unplanned. Food is truly amazing hope everything will be amazing aswell in time. We really enjoyed our dining experience in the pizza&pasta rest. With a better ambience I’m sure many people wont make issue about pricing too. Last but not least, market part is great too. Bought pastas and sauces all from Italy, great stuff. Thanks for everything.

This review is for the coffee shop inside! They serve a good range of coffee absolutely love the ice crème coffee although it’s not a big portion but definitely worth trying, it’s beautiful. There are a good range of choices for desserts and I alway enjoy the croissants here they are good value for money and they have also have choices of pistachio and cream filling one- both are lovely. The inside decor is nice and has a shop on the ground floor too. It’s a good place to sit inside and enjoy having a coffee with a friends. It’s right next to Liverpool street station main entrance by whsmith.

First visit, impressive selection of food. Stock wise feels like you are in Italy. There are different seating areas, including cafes, quick bite with pizza and salads. Upstairs there are few restaurant sections, restaurant pizza and pasta style and more up market restaurant with more specialty dishes. I bought fresh products and pandoro! So pleased with these products but for couple of goods, we easily spent over £100 so it’s not for everyday shopping, but of course there are really high quality wines so you can easily spent a grant in there! Will return to buy some wine. Good thing is that they have products on sale so that is exciting!My partner is Italian and the one thing he noticed is that people behind the counters are not smiley, and lack customer service. We were at the cold meat cuts section and they were rather slow and not very welcoming. This is what makes a difference to being in an Italian shop. That didn’t spoil our experience but it’s an observation. The nicest person from staff was in the wine selection he was super chatty and nice, selling and was present! I will come back next time to try the restaurant and see how the actual cooked dishes are!

Not great experience. TERRA the restaurant should be called TERRIBLE. Food was alright, but the porcini mushroom pasta was so little for £24 . Terrible service, how can we eat the dessert without cutlery? And the waiter just walked away, so had to grab forks from the other table. However, the service charge was generous on the bill though! I would have expected a better service we paid £80/ head. You can get a lot of Italian products. The place is buzzing in the food hall.

Had lunch here on a Sunday.. Such a lovely atmosphere, buzzing with people everywhere.. We opted for a sit down lunch or else you can grab a pizza slice, pasta, sandwich.. Had a simple pizza margarita and an orrechiete in a basil tomato sauce and tiramisu for dessert.. You can feel the freshness and good quality of the ingredients. Servers were very attentive and helpful too. Very satisfactory experience! Highly recommend it.

The shop products I can't say much because I only went there for dinner. If you don't have experience with authentic Italian food, it is ok. But the pasta dishes weren't great. A bit overcooked and lacking flavour. The staff was nice but it felt rushed and about money. Usual feeling that it comes with a chain, I guess.

Carbonara pasta is amazing. The rest of the pastas fell short .Had the prices been lesser maybe the rating would be higher but paying 22 pounds for decent pasta wasn’t the best experience.Service was great and quick though. That was definitely a plus

Been a while since I have been back to Eataly, the place has not changed. This time around I had lunch with friends at Terra. We sat near the window with the sun shining down on us. We ordered a number of items from the bread starters to the main courses. Each were delicious in their own right. The service and atmosphere was fantastic. Would certainly recommend.
