I phoned up about some roofing felt and got a price. I then traveled 1 hour to the shop and was told the price was £15 more. I explained the previous day conversation and it was simply denied. Also, they would only accept cash even though the card machine was on the counter. Very underhanded practice in my opinion and obviously I will never go there again.

Sold us a meriva gearbox, with delivery to Liverpool, and with a warranty, we paid a garage to fit it, the gearbox is knackered, he said he’s not refunding, unless we ship the gearbox back to him, so we gave it to a Vauxhall garage, who confirmed, it’s shot, , so looks like a county court date for the scammer , avoid or risk losing your cash
