Fantastic log burner service from Danny, will use again each year. A slight issue meant he couldn't come on the day originally planned but was swiftly resolved. Clear communication and advice to help us get the most enjoyment from our log burner, left the place clean. Card payment available

An excellent service with emails to confirm appointment and what to expect from the visit. Text tracking on the day to give an ETA, important if you have dogs and need to get them settled before The Stove Doctor's arrival. Danny arrived on time, was friendly and efficient and happy to advise and explain issues.Our chimney was swept and the wood burner serviced.He was able to fit a part which he carried with him so no wait for that. The chimney /wood burner area was left clean and tidy. Invoice and Certificate of Chimney Sweeping followed in an email.Will happily recommend Danny with no reservations.

Danny provides an excellent and reliable service. We have been using the Stove Doctor for a few years to clean and service our wood burner and we are always pleased with the result. Once we had a couple of broken tiles in the wood burner and Danny was able to cut some new ones for us while he was here, which worked out cheaper than buying new ones from the manufacturer. Danny is very professional and leaves everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend The Stove Doctor.

Great experience with the stove doctor. It was our first service and Danny explained what he was doing and why. He also made recommendations for the future based on what our stove requires from a servicing perspective rather than what would benefit his business. On time, friendly, tidy and most of all did a great job. 100% recommend.

Very thorough and detailed cleaning of both our chimney flues in our home. First time using The Stove Doctor - very impressed with this service in comparison to our usual chimney sweep company - to the point where we ourselves were questioning our previous chimney sweeps methods / performance.
