If I could give -5 stars I would. Refuses to answer telephone. From 10 am called 23 times and cut off each time. I have 3 foot memory foam mattress which is extremely dangerous. Woke one morning to find being stabbed in side by sharp object. The spring protruding through top of mattress with very sharp point and into my side. Very dangerous if you slide down the bed because you would gash yourself open on this mattress. Trying to contact Josephs with genuine complaint but as stated they just cut you off every time.Extremely bad customer service! I shall be giving bad reputation anywhere and everywhere I can. These people should not be trading!

Where do I start with this company. Some words that describe my experience include unprofessional, unhelpful, unreliable and one in particular absolutely rude! Prior to delivery, I was told a super king bed base would be delivered up to my room - Not done. I then had to beg the delivery men to do this which was done with a poor attitude. Furthermore the bed base was faulty so I rang the office and expressed my dissatisfaction - instead I had the rep hang up on my call!!! Completely unprofessional call handling, so I rang back and all I literally got was fix it yourself now it is your bed and a full on argument in return!! Talk about the worst customer service ever! Disgusting but then I should had realised when they only take cash in hand!!! Good luck to anyone that crosses their path.Luckily for this company Google allows a 1 star!

Bought bed from them ...terrible

Bought recently Joseph Leo king size bed frame and I'm very impressed with it's quality and beauty.
