Previously service used to be good. My mom went for a one hour facial and they did not even spend an hour including face pack. The service overall very poor. I had booked using treatwell voucher and called before the appointment to confirm this but they did not have any records ready. Very disappointing experience

I had really good pedicure and gel nail extensions with ombre shellac..the staff was very nice and friendly. I also got free massage while having pedicure. Very good experience I will definitely come back again.

Once I came in the man was commanding me to “take a sit” 3 times very aggressively. They play Chinese music all the time very loudly which is disrespectful to International clients and made me a bad Headache. Salon so old and running down and freezing cold. there is no heater. equipment is worn out. never again.

I have been going here for a while for my waxing and the service is a consistent high quality with care. They are an academy, so highly accredited and you can trust the service you will receive, which is not a simple thing in the beauty industry as many people practice without the right qualifications. I have also had a hand treatment, massage and started coming for Mani and pedi. I appreciate the friendly staff - to be professional, work with skill and also to be kind is a wonderful experience for the customer. The prices are very reasonable as well, beauty does not have to cost the world. This is an honest business. As it is an academy it is not super luxury place but the prices reflect that, which I appreciate. Highly recommended for essential beauty needs as well as a treat every now and then.

I have been visiting Sisters Beauty in Hendon for some years now and the service has always been amazing. I have been meeting different faces here but today Irene made me welcomed and gave an outstanding experience. I would definitely recommend them for every woman that wants to feel pampered and have great a great look!! These are experts!

Lucy is very knowledgeable, she know everything about beauty , I’m so so so relaxed after the face massage. And Saha is always the best nails master, my nails last for months!

I had a wonderful and an enigmatic experience at Sister Beauty, I got nail extensions done in cherry red. Ting ting, Irene and Mei were so kind to me and my friend who were getting couple nails. She also gave me an extra hand massage and informed me about the various high quality facial treatments available at the Salon. I recommend everyone to come, I have found my go to place for all my treatments.
