Consistently good meat, proper salmon and a tidy range of condiments. The apple cider vinegar, here, is the best I’ve ever tasted. Great staff - knowledgable and friendly, and they’ll order anything else they can get for you, in no time.

Ordered for the first time online. The babyback ribs I ordered were exceptional. Cooked them on my kamado joe and they were fantastic. Hands down the best ribs in the uk I’ve ordered to date and I’ve tried many butchers. Slight issue with my order which was resolved almost immediately after sending a quick email. Will be returning!

This was our first visit, and it was right before closing so things were wrapped up. We ordered 3 boneless pork chops, and I’ve never seen so much fat and such little meat on chops before (all told, these are about the size of my hand for reference). Half of what we paid for was fat that we had to trim off and toss in the bin.I feel like they took advantage of the fact that we didn’t have the option to see what they were packing up and that we wouldn’t have a look until we unwrapped at home.

Parsons nose is a new breed of modern, high quality butcher with a beautiful shop interior. The shop has such a lovely atmosphere that the minute you walk in you want to buy everything. Products simply look attractive and there is plenty of choice. Quality of products are good but not top notch for everything. Meat is better than poultry. Some products are very overpriced and you have to be careful if you are buying ready-to-cook meals such as barbecue skewers that have already been marinated which I found to be extremely expensive! They do butchery class and sausage making class that sound like fun! Service is always friendly.

I did the breakdown of half a lamb butchery course with Tony. Excellent direction and good fun. Tony was very personable and made me feel at ease while doing the course.He talked me through where all their meat comes from and there is a lot of passion and care that goes into this business.Would highly recommend for both the butchery courses and for the produce.

I don't have an oven, and I wanted to cook something nice for Christmas. I explained to one of your lovely butcher's, and he offered me short ribs to make a casserole type dish. I got my short ribs, and my Christmas dinner was scrumptious!! The meat was soft like butter! Amazing quality, and staff very helpful. I don't eat meat regularly, but when I want beef, I will return to Parsons Nose.Thank you for saving my Christmas dinner!

This is a great quality butcher and the customer service is amazing, therefore I am very reluctant to post this review however it specifically relates to the BEEF sausages. The experience described below has happened on two separate occasions, so this seems more than a single batch issue. The first time I dismissed it as bad luck but this second time warrants highlighting as I had planned a meal around the product and my family were disappointed.I purchased beef sausages on 24/10 from the Fulham Road store. I went straight home and stored them in the chiller fresh meat drawer in my fridge.Yesterday evening, 26/10 when I unwrapped the individuality portioned beef sausages, they were ALL mouldy. I specifically asked that they were individually portioned because of my previous experience, and I had had some with breakfast on the day of purchase - 24/10 so I didn't reopen the packaging. Despite taking care to ensure storage at the correct temperature, they were mouldy two days after purchase.I'm sure the pork sausages have a higher turnover than the beef because they are delicious, but the fridge life for these beef sausages is seemingly ridiculously bad.I did not raise it previously because I did not want to cause a fuss. I would like this feedback to be considered constructive because I genuinely believe this is a top class butchers. My review relates solely to the BEEF sausages!!

Local butchers providing an excellent range and quality of meats. Staff are also friendly (especially in their Kensington branch)!Also a very convenient delivery option. After a slight mix up of my online order, they were very quick to remedy the problem!

Fantastic butchery course today down at the Parson's Nose. Knoweledgable, friendly and funny staff guided us through the proper butchers techniques such as boneless butterflying a chicken and breaking down a leg of lamb. Excellent day out and we got to keep all the meat!!!
