I cannot recommend Avenue Heating more highly! They are by FAR the most professional trade company that I have ever used! New to the area, we were really worried when our old boiler broke down during the middle of winter, but after reading their reviews, we decided to go with them and we are so glad we did! From the initial phone calls with the customer service team, to the survey that was carried out, to the quality of the boiler installation, I cannot fault them! They turned up when they said they would, their engineer was meticulous with the quality of work he did and they followed up to make sure that the entire experience was first class…for me, they are the Rolls Royce of heating companies! As with anything, you pay for what you get and I would gladly pay these guys that little extra for the complete peace of mind that they give me and my family. A really professional service, kept me informed from the moment we booked an engineer to come out. Everyone from booking though to the engineer and after service were polite and helpful. Look forward to seeing them again when they refit the new boiler :)

Definitely recommend the whole team from the girls making the bookings to the heating engineers - thinkI have spoken to them all and met most of them and they have been punctual efficient and just so accommodating. Excellent follow up too which I have not come across before- will definitely be recommending them - all are lovely to deal with. X

Most recently they replaced our old boiler and did so with such high levels of service and workmanship, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. It’s true that you pay for what you get, and you get exactly that with Avenue. Fantastic service. Professional, helpful and very clean and tidy. They replaced our hot water tank, which was so old it was ready to burst. Not an easy job given it was ready to fall apart and weighed down by limescale.Also fixed showers and toilets.

Just wanted to thank Ellis, Winston & the team @ Avenue Heating.We needed a new boiler & system overhaul & Ellis was our Engineer, he has done a superb job, his attention to detail & professionalism is second to none, our house is transformed & warm now.I can highly recommend this company, they offer an excellent service & excellent value for money.

Fantastic service.Charles arrived right on time - he was professional and really friendly! When he’d finished, he also serviced my daughter’s boiler and waited for her to arrive at her home. She absolutely concurred with my opinion. Will definitely recommend !!!
