They took my watch and other jewels and made out like they repaired them,gave them back to me and charged me alot for it too.I brought all my stuff back!They closed down and stole all my jewellery

Absolutely awful business - avoid like the plague!The man behind the counter ignored me for over five minutes while sat on his computer. He only stopped when his friend came to chat and insisted I was served first.My necklace repair then took nearly a week longer than was promised. When I called to ask about it, the man initially hung up promising to call back, but then simply stopped answering my calls all together.When I eventually got my necklace back he hadn't repaired it and had simply replaced the entire chain to one that was not only clearly different, but much lower quality.The one saving grace was the woman who sometimes worked behind the counter who was very friendly and apologetic.But overall one of the worst businesses I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.
