Use to love this store, staff friendly and products good. However, visited it this morning for dog food and found all the live, caged animals upsetting. Very expensive exotic birds chewing on cages, trying to get out. Their souls were crying. Needless to say I left the shop crying myself. Why take all these animals out of their natural environments and caged them for life - all for money? Very upsetting.

Brilliant range of products, and the Christmas stuff is absolutely beautiful with loads to choose from. Great pick and mix with dog friendly sweets, treats and chews! Definitely, will buy all my dog's stocking presents in this shop, and even cheese! Lovely customer service also with a greeted hello.

Wow such a helpful place with great staff.Went in to grab a new coat for the dog, but we where helped thebminture we went in till the moment we left.They offered treats to the dog, answered all our questions especially our 8 year olds questions, let us try on coats and keep the one on the the dog liked.Great place will definitely go and tell friends to go too as well.Thanks guys x

The company need to get better small animal boxes for transport home. Almost lost our new hamster in the car as she had ripped through the side of the box within minutes.Helpful staff.

Yesterday (10th Aug) We visited the store to buy a large bed for our large dog. We have found to our disappointment that the bed, by Fatface, is sagging in the middle (ieabsolutely no support when my dog lays on it) & it's not had a full 24hour use. I wouldn't mind so much but a few pence short of £80 is a bit costly for this to happen!Staff are lovely there though but I am miffed about the bed!!
