Ginger Beard Weddings

There are not enough words in the dictionary to tell you how amazing Paul is! From the moment we met with him he was open honest and made us feel comfortable.Our photos were very important to us and after being told about Paul aka Gingerbeard we did some Instagram stalking!We had a pre shoot with Paul on sunny evening in Manchester and he couldn’t have made us feel more at ease and most all an enjoyable experience!On the day Paul is fantastic! So much so that he feels like one of your guest!We cannot recommend Gingerbeard enough!His photos are something that we will treasure forever and look back on with great love!

Paul is the best around! We have the perfect photos from our wedding, which perfectly captured the mood and moments of the day. We’ve happily recommended him to friends and have been at multiple weddings with him as photographer and he captures each and every one uniquely.

Don’t even know where to begin with singing Paul’s praises!Everything was perfect! From filling in the form (we loved how personal that was and how it really helped break the ice during our first conversation), to meetings to discuss (Paul is a pro and really knowledgeable about weddings in general which really helped us as we didn’t have a clue!) to our wedding day (fantastic throughout).Paul came in the morning and immediately it felt like he was an old friend of ours. All the guests were asking how long we had known Paul. He slotted right in to our wedding party so it felt like he was a guest. He bolstered us throughout the day. We had a great craic taking photos with him, especially in the evening when we did some pics downstairs in Rain Bar and when we got drenched in the rain.Paul is a terrific photographer and gave us the preview so quickly after that we were even more delighted!We could go on and on but we will end it with:ABSOLUTELY SUPERB FROM START TO FINISH AND TOP TO BOTTOM!

Paul was amazing from start to finish! He really got our wedding that was more of a party with our friends than a wedding! On the day, Paul blended so well with our guests and many guests commented on how lovely it was to have a photographer that really felt part of the party. All the photos we asked for, were better than we could have imagined and the natural photos of our day really captured the whole thing perfectly! My grandma had very specific things she wanted from her photos and she was not disappointed! Paul even gave her a sneak peak on the day to reassure her that he had the photos she wanted. When she saw the photos, she was over the moon and officially became GingerBeards biggest fan! The photos brought us so much joy to look back on and we will treasure them forever! Reading through some of the other reviews, you can see there is a nothing but consistency in singing Paul's praises and the work that he does. There is a reason that, he's one of the best in the game.Luckily for us Paul had last minute availability to photograph our wedding. Right from the initial consultation we knew he wouldn't disappoint. He's such a chill and likeable guy, it was a pleasure to have him there on the day, going above and beyond from start to finish. Every single one of our guests actively told us how much a nice guy he was.Needless to say, the photographs came out better that we could have ever expected. Paul is so passionate about his craft and seriously knows stuff. The unique way he works created truly unique and natural photos that captured our day perfectly.We can't thank you enough Paul. I can't wait to look back on our photos in years to come and be able to relive the day with such clarity.

If you’re after the beardiest, most talented and likeable photographer to document your big day - Paul is the guy.From our first consultation it was clear he got exactly what sort of vibe we were after, and his recommendations and experience were a big help in our organisation. On the day itself he was a reassuring and non intrusive presence, he blended into the party and had a great time with our guests, and we came away with the most authentic, stunning images we could have hoped for…highly recommend!

Would give more than 5 stars if we could ... working with Paul has been one of the highlights of our wedding experience! Extremely professional from start to finish whilst also being fun, friendly and making all our guests feel super comfortable and keeping everything running smoothly. Paul is fantastic. From the first meeting he put us at ease, we knew our photos were in good hands. He captured so many little memories and moments during the prep, ceremony, dinner and evening that would have been lost/forgotten without him. He knew our day inside out and had all the names of the key people we are close to written on his cheat sheet - so he could get snaps of them candidly. He helped with the coordination on the actual day to make sure that we didn’t get the stress. It’s so clear that Paul loves love. He was born on Valentine’s day (of course he was), it appears so effortless for him to snap some of the most special moments without disturbing them. We did a first look down by a lake before the ceremony, while my husband was waiting for me, Paul walked me and my sister (maid of honour) down to the lake and for the actual first look, he lined it up and then he disappeared. We have all of these beautiful photos from different angles and we still can’t figure out how he managed it! Paul is an absolute legend, he is calm, kind, efficient, professional and charming as hell - both mothers LOVED him, which made for a very smooth day! Paul delivered some sneak peeks within a week, which had us dying for the full delivery which did not disappoint. A full bespoke well organized wedding album website where we could order prints from and easily download photos. Paul is a true gentlemen and head and shoulders above any other photographer we have met along the way!
