James was extremely friendly when we came in roughly 6 weeks ago. We exchanged details and was promised a quote for our front door and patio doors. After a few days we chased and he said he would have it with us in a day or two. Phoned up a couple of days later and same story. One week later same excuse too. It’s now been 6 weeks and we’ve sourced doors elsewhere. Shame really as James was a nice enough bloke.

I called to ask for a cost. James was very friendly and helpful and asked me to share more details on Whatsapp which I did. I was told I can expect an estimate in a few days. I chased and haven't heard back. I called again and was again told I will hear back 'today or tomorrow'. A week or so later I called again, same answer, same result. In between I also followed up with texts and Whatsapp messages. No response.It's a real shame as James was recommended to me and I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to purchase. But despite multiple attempts i never received a quote. After 4 weeks of trying I gave up :(

You have to have determination but James is much like him in doors (pun intended). We now have a lovely front door admired by all.Once I gather my strength, I'll be back for the internals.

Called numerous times to ask someone to come over for a site survey as I wanted some doors fitted in a couple of areas. Was told each time that someone would look into and drop by but never did. I can understand that they are busy at times, but to call so many times and be told someone will come over later that day or the next day, and not turn up is really bad service.

This shop is great, a proper door emporium. James is very knowledgable and helpful. We got our front door from here with all door furniture. I’m really pleased the the quality and the price.
