Far too small for a major city, tired and old looking. Seating dirty needs replacing and floor looks permanently dirty. Not a good look for Bristol.

One of your purple double decker buses was so far over onto our side of the road we, and the car behind us, had to move over into the hedge to prevent it hitting the car. This was about 12:40 in Wraxall, your bus was travelling to Nailsea. The driver had plenty of room on his side of the straight road. This kind of driving does not do your company image any favours.

I entered Bristol bus station at 7am today to get an early bus and one of the yellow jacketed security guys started smacking his fist into his palm at me and directing waves of intense hostility towards me.

A big bus station wich is served by many bus routes altho you need to check as there is a lot of routes that is not available from this bus station and will need to get your bus from somewhere else although the other routes are available from local bus stops a short walk from the bus station. There is a information desk wear you can get help to find wear to catch your bus and also for tickets. There is public toilets but cost 20p and has barriers wich I seen many struggle with especially when they have luggage with them. There is a separate disability toilet near the middle entrance to the bus station. It is a clean and tidy bus station with many led matrix sighns with bus information on wich makes it easier.Mined the low flying pigeons that seem to own the bus station by how they walk about and people moving away from them.

The actual station is fine, I’ve used it before with no issues, but I’m leaving a review today to complain about the staff within the station at around 6pm 23/10/23. I was looking for a bus I haven’t used before and it wasn’t showing on the boards, so I went to the only office that was open which was a national express office. The young man who helped me was very polite and informed me that the bus I needed was a local bus so I should ask someone who works for first bus. The first office was closed but I noticed a woman in a hi vis jacket which said “first bus” on it walking past me. I said “excuse me” which she blatantly ignored even though she was less than a metre away from me; so I said excuse me again. She stopped and I asked her if she knew which bay the bus I needed went from. The woman was chewing gum and just looked at me gormlessly and grunted and shrugged and carried on walking. In the end a kind stranger helped me who also agreed that the worker had been extremely rude. The stark contrast between how helpful the national express worker had been and how rude the first bus worker was was astonishing! The rude lady was a woman with light brown/blonde box braids and I strongly suggest First have a word with her about her attitude problem, i understand that she could have been having a bad day but when you’re wearing your uniform you’re representing the company!!
