Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Took my sons minging car to be cleaned as one of the kids spilt a tub of tangy ketchup so it stank too! Did a thorough job and im Really pleased with it. I usually do my own bit couldn’t face this and they did a good a job as I would have done and I’m quite particularWould recommend 100% fair prices too.

My daughters car is lovely and clean inside and out. The seats and carpets are still quite damp, not ideal in this weather, but worse still, the mats are soaked! They gave them back to her in a black bag, by the time she drove home, there was 6 of water in the bottom of the bag :(What to do with them in this weather? Her carpets will get filthy as she can't put the mats back in until they are dry

My car has been due a proper clean for almost a year, but because of Covid it kept being put off and quickly cleaned at home, well today I finally booked her in for the Platinum service, and I must say I was left speechless and smiling,The team at Waves Hand Car Wash Ocotal Way are simply fantastic, very kind and friendly, they did an absolutely amazing job on my car, I am beyond impressed, definitely worth every pound. I will be booking in to them again.

Have taken the gold package with exterior and interior cleaning. They have done a good job.However it felt for this price they couldn't have done a little better cleaning of places which are visible when you see closely.

I used the service over 12 months ago and it was pretty good at the time, todays experience was different unfortunately. Has it changed hands?I asked for 'The Full Monty' and paid £60 for it. I had three issues with the service provided.1. They didn't complete 'The Full Monty' due to a power cut, but they still charged me full price. The car was returned with sopping wet seats because the water vacuum could not be used. The power cut in itself is not a problem, they cant help that, but I didn't receive the full service, so why was I charged the full cost?2. It was still dirty in many places, they hadn't wiped dirt and dust from some of the hard surfaces and a power cut should not have prevented them doing that. See the attached photo for one example.3. Time taken. I used this service for convenience but it wasn't convenient. I was advised 2 hours for the clean, which seems too long for the work and number of staff there, but agreed. The incomplete service ended up taking nearer two and a half hours by the time the car was handed back.The staff were friendly enough and provided plastic bags for the seats, but I cannot recommend based on the service delivered today.

I think it's the best car wash in town.The have done a very good job in my car because they take a lot of care.Also the staff is very friendly and they do the a very good job . I had went before 6 months and they haven't done a good job but NOW they owner have change and they do a perfect job. So yes I go there very often when I want to wash my car because for me the location is very useful and helpful for the reason that they have close a souper market so a let my car and i go for shopping in the souper marke.So yes i will definitely come back!!!!

I took my daughters car to have it thoroughly cleaned yesterday. I explained to the manager that her dog had died two days ago and it was imperative that all dog hairs were removed from the car and it was given a thorough clean inside and out, before she would be happy to drive it again. I was told it would take three times longer than usual so the cost would be higher, which I agreed to on the basis the service required was more important than the cost. On returning to the car I found there were still a lot of dog hairs and I pointed this out to the manager but was told we did the best we could". On returning home I started to look more closely at the car and realised that even a basic clean had not been completed satisfactorily as there was still grit and easily removable dirt under the carpets and in the boot space. I then spent an hour and 45 minutes vacuuming the car myself. I would not recommend this service and I am unlikely to be going again."

A good place to get your car cleaned. This is a busy car wash especially on weekends. I got mine cleaned with a 2 hours waiting time
