Was in need of a gift at short notice and was very impressed with the turnaround time from placing order to receiving finished item. The quality of the product was of very high quality, a lot better than what I was anticipating. Would recommend highly for that last minute personalised gift.

Ordered my goods and emailed the support team to request a change a few hours later. Got an immediate response with a new draft and the goods were delivered the next day. Couldn't fault them in the slightest and just placed another order with them!

I had a cushion I wasnt happy with, was told that's how it's meant to be, I should have had a preview but didn't have this , if I had I wouldn't have purchased the item as it looks cheap and nasty which it wasnt. I haven't had a reply from them, so am stuck with a naff cushion as it was for a present I feel I cant give it to my friend as it does look bad. Avoid because they could have at least replied to me.
