Played in a 4 ball today with a golf Scotland voucher we won last season and thoroughly enjoyed the course.Greens are absolutely amazing. Fairways beautiful and a very enjoyable round of golf.Staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful to us and extremely welcoming.Highly recommended.

Had a great time at this beautiful golf club.The pro in the shop could not have been more helpful ,and to top it off, the weather was the hottest day of the year .Would highly recommend this course to anyone.

Not played here for a lot of years .. more fool me. Course is in amazing condition and the greens were superb. Welcoming club house and good food. Well done Thornton GC. I'll be back soon.

Great day at our outing. Superb golf course found it really hard to hit the greens great course and superb condition. Thanx to the catering staff were brilliant. Cant wait to come back. Great job. Best we have played this year

Played the course 30 odd years ago and now for the second year in a row in a mixed foursome I cannot find enough words to say how good it is and how it has matured. From the welcome we received from the Professional, immaculate greens like velvet, raked bunkers and course condition. Also a good range of food and welcoming bar staff. We will return.

Excellent day out! Course was in excellent condition and the staff in the pro shop were very helpful. Food and staff in the lounge/restaurant were great. Thoroughly enjoyed the golf course and will visit again.
