After putting my own ear drops in to clear some earwax, I managed to make matters worse by completely blocking my ear.I made an appointment with Beth. She saw the problem in seconds - and within a couple of minutes the offending blockage was removed - and hearing restored!She was very gentle, explained things as they happened, and overall was a far better experience than I had with an NHS ENT specialist 5 years earlier!Definitely recommended!

Excellent service today from Beth. She is friendly and professional, and undertakes the microsuction without causing any pain or discomfort. You know immediately that you are in experienced and skilful hands. Unfortunately, I have not always had the same experience elsewhere! I would not hesitate to recommend Hearing First to anyone I know and will be coming back regularly for future treatments. The advice beforehand is very sensible and the organisation of the visits admirable. 5 stars from me!

Mr Thabraez was brilliant this morning. I took my 11 yo daughter to have her wax removed. Only booked in yesterday! Friendly and professional service and wax all cleared in minutes. Thankyou ☺️

I booked to have my 15 year old daughters ear wax removed using micro suction and I was told it would cost me £70 however the service I received was beyond disappointing for the price we paid, Whereas normally the standard Price for micro-suction is between £40 and £50 for one ear and £70 for both ears with the option of returning back with no extra cost for the procedure to be repeated if it was unsuccessful the first time. My daughter had been using earol and sodium bicarbonate drops for 14 consecutive days, on the day of the appointment we sat in an extremely uninviting small closet with only one chair for the patient and no other seating for family. Raspal made one attempt to remove the wax and very quickly said she was unable to remove the wax because it was too hard and said she didn’t want to pursue any further and cause damage and told us we would have to use earol for another week and come back and pay an additional £70 for one ear. This to me is very unethical, I paid £70 for a three minute procedure. The following day I booked in with @isabellafisher independent hearing centre in knowle. They had the most inviting professional establishment with exceptional customer services, a camera was used to show us what exactly needed to be removed and not only that we were shown the other ear and advised to have both waxes removed within less than a minute the wax was removed and my daughter was relieved. I called face aesthetics and I was advised to write an email to Jason levy In the email I sent pictures of my daughters ears and explained how disappointed I was with the service provided. It’s been more than a week and I haven’t received any response from him. I would not advise anybody to book any treatment from this place.

I booked a last minute appointment here today after suffering with a blocked ear for days. Raspal unblocked both ears (and I didn’t even realise the other was 100% blocked). Painless, quick and professional service. Thank you Raspal you saved the day! Finally back on planet earth.
