If I could give it 0 stars I would waited over 2 hours ordered at 10 was estimated at 10:55 then kept going up tried ringing shop multiple times and went straight to answer machine food didn’t arrive in the end.

Won’t be ordering again!Ordered 2 desserts and 2 milkshakes at 9:50pm, hadn’t arrived in the time stated so called them up and he told me the driver just left received at 10:46pm, only live 5 minutes away.Waffle was cold, had to heat in microwave.Brownie came in a packet like they had just got it from a shop, was expecting it warm and well presented instead it was in a packet, cold and rock solid, with a small tub of ice cream (which was the only thing I enjoyed)Milkshake was supposed to be “Kinder Bueno” and just tasted like wafer and wasn’t very nice.Prices aren’t justified for the quality of the food!Only after ordering discovered they have a 2 star hygiene rating which if I had known before then I wouldn’t have bothered.Disgusting!

Food was fine, delivery took 2 full hours, wouldn't have minded but the store is literally 2 mins from my location! Called several times to ask where food was no answer. No compensation offered. Will not use again.

Forgot a main part of an item when clearly states strawberries WITH chocolate dip. got strawberries only.Wont be using again! tried calling. no answer. avoid at all costs

Great desserts every time, only 4 stars as the main dessert we go there for, GAJRELLA, is unfortunately 9 times out of 10 out of stock. Well actually out of about 20 time we have ordered on twice it has been in stock. But great desserts especially the milk cakes

Quite disappointed. Waited over an hour for delivery, ordered a strawberry cheesecake to my disappointment of a small round cheesecake whereas other dessert places charge the same but give a big slice and the other issue was living 0.6miles away and still had to pay delivery and waited over an hour and tasted better concrete cakes too. Sorry but won't be ordering from here again.

My food took 2 hours to come I kept asking where driver was they kept saying on the way. When it came I called restaurant and they said they will give me a free order next time I ordered I called back week later for my free order and he kept cutting the phone off on me

Ordered from Dessert Strip on Just Eat, highly regret it. We ordered at 10:10pm, the expected time kept creeping up because nothing was happening. It got to half 11 and we decided to ring up and see what was going on but the person behind the phone was rude, saying that the driver was 5 minutes away from restaurant to pick up the order. Then waited another 35 minutes after that phone call despite the place only being about a 10 minute drive away. It arrived eventually at 12:10am, cold. My cookie dough was barely even cooked, portions were small and everything just tasted really bland. I understand if the place was busy and the driver busy too but we were sat waiting for much longer than we were supposed to, spoken to horribly and received food that was not very nice. Disappointed, really wanted this place to be good.
