We were advised to contact Gary regarding our son's laptop that would not turn on, this was the first week back at school and the first time he had been given homework in the new term.Gary collected the laptop on a Wednesday morning and had diagnosed the fault within a few hours, and also a couple of options on which way to proceed.We decided to go with the recommendation of a new laptop which Gary was able to supply and transfer all the data from the old laptop.Gary bought the new laptop up to us on the Friday all set up and ready to go, the whole experience could not have gone smoother and Gary even spent a bit of time with us explaining the new laptop.We would not hesitate to Recommend Gary and his company to anyone.
