Poor performance because shaving of the undersides of the doors after the carpets was left to an outside contractor called Lewis, who failed to turn up FOUR times without an excuse, despite assurances from the owner Dean that Lewis was reliable!!!

The carpet fitter failled to make proper joint in carpet. this was freely accepted by the director of company when came to see the problem.A repair was attempted un-sucessfully. It was then agreed that carpet will be replaced and arranged a fitter to re-measure floor again.Thats the last seen of him to date and have so far waited for 8 monts for Dean tosort the problem out.So it would seem thay are not interest when there are any problems, basically you have no guarantee.Do not use these small shops as they do not provide after care.I now shop in John Lewis.
