Instavolt Charging Station

Unable to achieve 50kw, half that power at best with a battery at 18% on Tesla

Excellent facility- loads of chargers and Costa, Subway, McDonald’s and Ice cream to keep everyone happy while you charge

Gosforth Charging Station provided a good Instavolt experience. I would have scored it 5-Stars but Joe Public had discarded masks, coffee cups and other detritus and it was a bit of a mess. Maybe someone could put a camera up and some signs like the one attached. The unwashed millions need some education.

One of the machine was out of service, and at some point, I only could get 26kw other dan 63kw as stated. hence it took longer Dan anticipated.But it's easy to operate

Plenty of chargers available at time of arrival. Currently using the 120kwh not putting in 120 but it will do.Can't really complain about this charging location. Easy to reverse into. 8 chargers in total.

Only achieved 27kw charge rate even though my car will accept 120kw

Rubbish says 62kw I got 25kw waste of time I had expected more from instavolt. I will stick with fastned or ionity

I find Instavolt to have the best and most reliable network in the UK.Slight frustration that with “up to 120 kW” is often much lower. I’m using one of two rapid chargers (the other isn’t in use) but I’m only receiving 74kW; so only 61% of “capacity”.I’m happy to pay a premium for rapid chargers; and Instavolt have put chargers where you can generally get food and drinks which is better than pretty much ALL other charging companies combined.I have a BMW iX XDrive M50 with a large battery; but when I’m doing long distance I really need the rapid charge.InstaVolt is by FAR the best; but would appreciate better reliability on rapid chargers (and more up to 150 kW!)Please keep up the good work!

Very easy charge, took my IPace from around 25% to full in just over an hour. Painless, apart from the price which needs to reflect recent fall in wholesale energy costs.

Really good quick chargers .Although there are 8 chargers only 2 are super fast. Very popular charger Location due to several amenities.
