I am changing my review after realizing something today. I really apologize for the review earlier.The stickiness in my hair wasn't the hairdresser's fault. I am so sorry for the review earlier.Idid hairspa today. I must say the staff was really really friendly and polite . The place is kept really nice and tidy .The hair spa included massage , hair wash, application of conditioner and then a wash again . However , they did not dry the hair properly as I was told . My hair is till sticky and wet. A total disappointment for 50 GBP spent

Nice people but incompetent service. You go there for waxing and the whole time they'll sell you the lazer treatment as if their life depends on it. That was still fine and but god knows what wax they use that after an absolutely smooth experience every single time for the last 15 years, I returned home to mind numbingly burning underarms. There were cuts and skin tears that have never happened no matter what. Definitely do not go there!!

They are so so so so good..I took laser hair removal treatment there and it is so so effective..before I have to wax my face bit often but now I don’t wax my face at all..all the staff are so good..very professional and really very good treatment
