The older guy sitting up from the steps today was condescending and rude.Just wanted to get everything in its right place. If you don’t like answering questions and working with people maybe a change of job ?

Miserable and rude, why is it so difficult to use a refuse site if you have a pickup? It's literally no wonder fly tipping is on the increase!I'm a hard working tax payer I shouldn't be made to feel like scum for using the facility just because I have a pickup.Also sad to see them not helping the elderly man gets big rolls of carpet out of his car, disgusting behaviour and terrible service....just remember who pays your wages!!

Today I visited Connon Bridge recycling centre which was very full.Unfortunately, I noticed that my car had a puncture in a rear tyre and it was completely flat.Despite the staff being busy helping customers and tidying the site, one member of staff very kindly changed the wheel on my car, with the help of a socket set from a kind Suzuki owner.I would just like to thank both of these men for helping me and your kindness was very much appreciated.

quick visit today and wow what a difference to previous visit!! Had to wait in a queue as bin/skip being changed. When reopened the cars moved very quickly , staff were very helpful, very polite and really cheerful. Thank you to all.

Everything was too much trouble, even pointing to where the small electrical goes, rude ignorant unhelpful, they were obviously deeply unhappy with their jobs, the total opposite of my usual landfill near Tintagel

Nice tip.Big sign up saying 2400 odd days since a loss time incident" which annoyed me firstly as does that mean someone changes it everyday? What a compete waste of time. And also their digger had broken down
