Don't go there such a rude person and try to take advantage if he thinks you don't knw anything.I went there for my airbag problem and ask them to run diagnostic which they told me is £25 and if I decided to go with repair diagnostic will be included in repair cost. After diagnostic he knew what the problem was and told me he can fix it in £50 within 2 hrs and will call me when car is done.He didn't call me at all I just turn up cuz I needed to pick my son up from school so my car was just standing there.He told me he couldn't fix the problem cuz it was something else but you did diagnostic and you couldn't tell what was the problem and then he said he will charge me to fix the problem in £160 when I googled it infront of him the part was £35 and I said why u are u charging me £160 so he couldn't answer he thought cuz I was a woman he can make me fool. When I refused to get the repair done he got so rude all of the sudden and ask me to pay him £35 .when i ask him to give me diagnostic report he said he deleted it which I was paying for wow and said I m not gonna put computer again to do it then I said but u took pic from ur phone at least give me that then he gave me that. And ask me to pay £35 instead of £25 I said why u didn't fix it I m not paying. I just paid £25 and left. Never again I hate cheaters unprofessional, unethical. Stay away from him.

Never will go there again! They gave me an appointment for tracking my car, only to wait a further 20 mins as they were doing another car. Time ran over, so I went into their office to then being told it will be another 20 mins wait - the cheek to tell me whilst they are all eating in the office altogether looking at me & no one was willing to help knowing I have waited for over 20 mins. Unprofessional and incompetent.

I went for the first time for an MOT for my RX8 and I live locally and I used to go somewhere else. I called and rebooked the second time and Bash and Mr Abdul we’re really great. They were very genuine and gave advisory informations unlike others as safety is their priority. I feel I was very looked after and will continue to use this garage. Really appreciate it. Top Lads.

They gave me an appointment for the next day at 1pm, i go there they say come back at 2pm mechanics are on lunch, okai fine, i come back at 2pm and they say sorry tyres not arrived come back tomorrow. Wasted my day and time!
