Travelled all the way here to pickup my order and birthday treat from Space NK. The order was not there, birthday treat req was ignored, and staff was unhelpful. Security staff was constantly reminding us about the closing time, can't even peacefully looking around the shop. Came home with nothing and very dissapointed

First the staff is awesome. I went yesterday for a makeup and sadly it took five different brands to find a foundation that worked for me and wasn’t too light in color. I was there for so long I needed to use a restroom and they don’t have one. I had to go across to itsu and buy a water for the code. This is very inconvenient. Location has many brands however many colors and popular items are sold out. I looked very nice but over two hours is too long. I would shop here however the foundation issue just just too long. Loved how many lines they carried!

I had never had a mini makeover before or been to a Space NK, but the staff were so welcoming - I felt very relaxed. Chloe was friendly and took on board that my preference was Kosas / clean brands due to a recent cancer experience. The concealer and foundation in particular are a perfect match. I love my new products and left feeling like I had the make up 'refresh' I wanted - thank you Chloe and the team! :-)

Came two time in two weeks to try a perfume that I really want to buy from your online shop, but every time every single tester is empty.Not sure why you don't do something about, you have many complaints about it already but also why leaving the empty bottle? Just remove them, it look bad and it pisses people off coming and see everything empty, you are loosing many costumers for this..

I am leaving this feedback hoping the Space NK could improve its staff customer service.I went to the Covent Garden store this afternoon. After trying out the foundation, I found out my white trousers and yellow top were both got lipstick ink, eye shadows and other foundation inks. How could this happen? Why was no signs to warn customers? It never happened in any other shops before.When I told the shop assistant, she said This is what happened when you stand here. I got it sometimes." without saying sorry to what happened to me.We asked to see the manager.The store manager did apologise but also said this is what happend when I stand in front of the display. Hands down the worst SPACENK in central London. The staff at Covent Garden are the RUDEST most unwelcoming staff I have ever come across. I entered the store juts before 11:30am on 19th September, not one member of staff said hello to me or asked if I needed any help as I was looking for a gift for my pregnant sister, the lack of communication is truly disgusting and rather unprofessional. I have been shopping with space NK for years and I have never experienced such rudeness.
