Whenever I need any alterations completed to my cloths ( that’s every time I buy trousers,) I have no issues in driving from Sutton to Kingston Vale because I know i will always get a great job completed, at a very reasonable price.Not only that, I have found that even to go that further mile to make sure everything is top quality…..I have been using First Impressions for a number of years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Just try and give them the time they need to deliver their quality finish.Really good to have the pull-in parking right outside the shop too..Thanks once again for your super service - really appreciated..Cheers Allen..

The people running this place are nice and friendly and they managed to remove an impossible ink stain from my jeans. Would highly recommend them.

Outstanding dry cleaner and alterations. I travel three miles just to use them. They're fantastic.

No idea how they are at dry cleaning But extremely rude to the 60 year old female cyclist standing outside who receive the full blast of a leaf blower along with the leaves and dust. Really dry day today when the owner of the shop stepped outside and just blasted away with no care for any one standing in its way. A van driver also received a good minute blast as he put shopping on his passenger seat. When politely and quietly asked if he might use it when people are not on pavement/in path of blower he was indiscriminately pointing he told me to get out of the way. He then proceeded to direct the blower at me. He was confrontational and aggressive. Awful behavior from a person. Never mind one running a business. Very bad publicity.

I am very impressed with laundry pressing ,dry cleaning services and convenient, easy accessible location. The outside front shop window street face, interior desk counter and furniture is designed carefully and appealing.

They made a mistake with my dry cleaning and the attitude of the lady was one of 'I don't care' No apology, no understanding and absolutely ZERO customer service.Whilst this place is very local and convenient, I'd rather go somewhere else than hand over my money to arrogant, unsympathetic and rude owner.

Great service all round, the tailoring is always good there, Had a very bad stain on my jacket, I got it back like it was brand new.
