Good thorough First Aid at Work Course. Instructor was engaging and made it feel less like a classroom experience. The online course was also easy to follow too. Overall would highly recommend to anyone thinking of becoming a First Aider, it's a good extra qualification to have!

I recently attended a two day Mental Health First Aid Training course which was delivered virtually over Zoom. I found found the course content standard of training delivered to be exceptionally high. The trainer was extremely skilled at delivering the course remotely and very knowledgeable in her field.

I really enjoyed the Mental Health First Aid training with Health Matters. The training was top class from Rachel and the team. We were guided through the training with a variety of team case studies and the training team brought a wealth of knowledge to the class. This is such a valuable course which I would recommend to anyone looking to support someone at work or at home. Thank you!

Excellent facility. Knowledgeable trainers. Did First Aid Refresher course. E-learning beforehand these days to replace Day 1, but it's good and consise and teaching videos are just right. Day 2 classroom based and alot of information is given and alot of hands on practical CPR, defib, bandage work. Very useful.

I Have attended numerous courses through Health Matters, such as The Workplace First Aider and Manual Handling Trainer. I highly recommend the Mental Health First Aid course as it gives you a great insight to aiding those in a mental health crisis from very informed and experienced tutors.

Extremely good training coarse, full of real life experiences that everyone should be aware of on building sites & work areas. The instructor was excellent with a good sense of humour too. Would recommend it definitely. It's great to see a company really caring for people's well being & safety while making employers aware of all their responsibility they have to provide for their work force. Truly a 100% focused & devoted company. Well done Health Matters.

Excellent trainers, very knowledgeable. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere for training.The E learning module was excellent allowing me to do the theory part of my First Aid at Work Re-Qualification in my own time. This was followed by a practical/confirmation day at the training centre.The trainer was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend Health Matters to anyone.
