I can highly recommend Origin Fitness. I set up my gym Club 300 in 2015 and the support and advice pre launch and right through to the present day has always been on point.Due to the continued professionalism from Dugald and the whole team, when setting up my franchise it was hard to look elsewhere. Origin will now supply the equipment for our new club opening in 2019/20.Repeat business is the best recommendation you can give so if you are considering having an equipment supplier help launch your brand look no further. Origin really have got the full process tied up.You get what you pay for but with Origin I feel you also get great value.

Bought an extremely expensive Stages SC3 bike from Origin Fitness and it broke within 3 months. Upon contacting Origin Fitness I am told repeatedly that I must pay for an expensive engineer call-out charge. This product is defective and should be replaced without fuss; and certainly without charge. This is statutory right. Very primitive service. Please be wary of any dealings with this vendor.

Exceptional service provided by Origin Fitness even during the pandemic, particularly when another UK based company let me down. They have a large range in stock with an up to date website. Origin were very helpful, with surprisingly fast (trackable) delivery and high quality product and fantastic value for money. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and again!

Awesome fitness kit

I recently purchased a stages bike and gym equipment. The service was first class as they standard delivered it to me in two working days!...and during this difficult time.All the equipment was very well packaged on a palette and after minimum assembly, when I ran into an issue with one of the Stages bike pedals they immediately sent me a replacement that arrived the next day!Very happy with this supplier and the service I received 10/10.

Superb customer service and product range

Never had a problem with these guys. Been working in the industry 18 years and have been hired as a freelancer to deliver workshops at origin and on behalf of origin. From a consumers perspective they are also great. Helpful for everybody from home users, personal trainers who are looking for help opening their own place or huge health clubs that are looking for contract work/multi site operations. I would suggest just giving them a call, telling them your situation and letting them advise you. This industry is based on communication and networking. Origin are excellent at both
