Before buying a car here I read these google reviews and had a mixed feeling as there are a lot of assumptions about buying a used car from a car trade. However, this car dealer/trade is a gem in the world of car trades. I bought from them about a month ago a very well kept Toyota from 2000 that my family is currently enjoying. The car consultants - Adam, Ali and others were very friendly, helpful and professional (on the phone, on the meeting) throughout all stages of a car purchase. I found them and the car on weekends from the Auto Trader and somehow I couldn't make to their place. Instead they agreed for a small deposit (£100) on a car so I could come the next week worry free. They allowed me to test drive the car and inspect it if I wanted, but I liked their attitude, integrity in selling the car that I trusted them on car's condition. So far the car runs smooth and no problems whatsoever. I am very happy with my car purchase and smooth transaction that was handled by Adam. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. The first drive I took with the car (aprox 4 miles) the car completely broke down with check engine lights and EPC lights and it started shaking a lot and making lots of noises. I visited the Wheels For You dealership to get help with this issue. I was poorly treated and shouted at by a man who claimed to be the manager of the dealership. He then picked up the car keys and documents for the vehicle and took them outside. He threw the car keys across the road on the grass and left the documents outside and threw me out of the dealership. He told me to never come back and threatened to call the police on me. They took advantage of the fact my English is not the best and sold me a broken car.

Ozzy was so helpful with trying to purchase a car for my son. He sent videos covering the cars specifications etc. Prompt with his responses, too. We didn't go on to purchase the car in the end, as we found a slightly higher spec with another dealer. He was prompt to refund my holding deposit. All in all a good experience.

Don't waste your time on this place. I had read the reviews about this place before and hoped they weren't all true. Unfortunately, it seems that all of them are real, so it's better to stay away from them. I had an appointment to view the car, having previously corresponded with one of the employees. I was convinced that I would be able to see the car. I wanted to pay a deposit to make sure I could see the car and I also mentioned that if I liked the car I would like to do an AA inspection. I was informed that I did not have to pay a deposit so I can come and see the car anyway. I spent 2 hours to get to the place and then I been informed that the car was sold. They had my number and could inform me earlier. I lost my time and money to get there. I was informed by the staff they didn't like me wanting to do the AA Inspection, so looks like they had something to hide. Even after I was dissatisfied with how I was treated, they were very keen to sell me other cars. The treatment of the customer is at an embarrassingly low level.

10/10 customer service! Ozzy was awesome and very helpful! He was able to find me a great car and a great deal! Bought a Lexus and am extremely happy with it. It’s in excellent condition! The experience was such an easy and stress-free manner. They have a large range of excellent well presented and well priced cars. If you're looking for a vehicle you'll be in extremely good hands with Ozzy as you can fully trust him and he will look after you greatly. I would definitely recommend him to my family and close friends as well as work colleagues, great experience thank you very much.

Recently bought a secondhand car from wheels4U and found both guys, Adam and Ozzy to be very friendly and helpful. I experienced a problem soon after purchasing the car, but the dealership was very accommodating in taking it back in for repair (under warranty). They did their best (especially over Christmas) and soon I was reunited with my car with the part replaced. Great work guys.
