Went in today to look at wedding rings and left completely deflated. The customer service was rude and I was made to feel like what I wanted was unachievable despite trying on rings elsewhere that were exactly what I wanted. I don’t have an issue with the fact that they didn’t have the ring I wanted but the sighing and the eye rolling when I gave feedback about why I didn’t like the rings I was trying was unacceptable. They seemed disinterested and it ruined what should’ve been an exciting day for us. Lovely rings, can’t fault that, but wouldn’t recommend if you want an experience

We went in this shop based off a reccomendation to look at wedding rings and left feeling so upset. I was talked down to, tried on one ring and the lady was so disinterested with what I said as feedback. Felt like as soon as I said my engagement ring was not platinum they had it in for me. Felt like at the end I was being told to go elsewhere as they didnt want to help me. I had the absolute worst experience. I don’t have an issue that they didn’t have what I wanted but the harsh eye contact made me feel very uncomfortable. I couldn't get out fast enough. It put a dampner on what would have been an exciting morning. Like someone else said lovely rings, but definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want an enjoyable experience.

First visit to the Jewellery Quarter and there is so much choice! We visited here yesterday for an engagement ring and were not disappointed. Alison was knowledgable, friendly and we genuinely felt valued with the lifelong after care for the ring. Good family feel business and no pushy sales. Thank you. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We didn’t feel like they were trying to push a sale and we went away with a wedding ring and feeling informed.Took off 1 star because of seeing them dismiss genuine concerns in the reviews and putting down other jewellery shops.

Went to buy engagment ring for my girlfriend and took photo of the ring after telling the man i want to look in one more shop his attitude changed being very rude telling me i should not take a picture if im not ready to buy started being very moody to me .even after going to the other shop i did not find what i was looking for but i refuse to go back to buy from him. Their are many other shops local with way better customer service.

Amazing service from Marlows. Sarah was knowledgable and understanding - she honed in on what we wanted straight away, which was refreshing after a day of sales tactics and overwhelming choice from other jewellers in the area. Even when I asked to come back and make some changes to the jewellery there was no issue at all. I’m so pleased with my beautiful engagement ring - thank you again!
