I have emailed you several times to request a refund after the works you have carried out have been to an extremely poor quality. Similar to the poor review below, you have offered a 30 year warranty but are not adhering to this. Can I get a repose to my email requesting a refund, as the works you have completed several times on the rising damp have not been acceptable. Extremely poor service. Not once, not twice but three times you have been back to fix" this

Have dealt with Dave and Steve with a couple of house moves. Always found them to be professional and full of expertise. Would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

I cannot thank Insite enough for their support and honesty. Living a significant distance from my father, I had to seek guidance - my father had sought advice from another firm who quoted works for damp. I sought a second opinion from Insite who had been highly recommended. What a service. The surveyor couldn’t have been more helpful, given I couldn’t be present and I was concerned about Dad’s vulnerability.All I can say is that I cannot give higher praise and recommendation to Insite. The surveyor was empathetic and took dad through the issues which was not damp but condensation. He recommended some actions to improve it and said there was no work to be done.So there are honest tradesmen out there of which Insite is one. Their professionalism, humour and support to both me and my father is such that I would highly recommend them.Ignore the one stars - probably they have an axe to grind.

Can not recomend this company. The damp came back and they refused to honour their warranty". They stopped answering the phone and when I sent them signed for letters

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dean cam and explained really clearly what he was going to do. When I came back the next day the place was spotless - the only reason I knew they had done the work was the bare plaster. Thanks.

Not used passed on site info to my Residents Association for a damp issue. 4-5 weeks for surveyor appointment. Couldn't wait as tennant health issues.
