Ordered a wing mirror and paid for special delivery as it was for an MOT. It was smashed on arrival, sent back and they then sent a replacement but it was the wrong mirror. Terrible service so beware, not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs. I ordered from Euro Parts Dealer but i received comms from Less 4 Spares so i presume they are related companies

The website states that free postage returns labels are provided for returns (the mirror lens quality was hazy), but customer service stopped replying to my emails after I requested one.Ignoring customers in the hope that they will go away so they give up on returning an item isn't cool.

These guys are selling products which don't fit, take your money and don't give refunds, BAD practice, DONT DEAL WITH THEM, Paul told me full refund given , bullocks, don't trust Paul or Mike. shoddy parts from shoddy business and Farking Liars.

They came good in the end!!Two mirrors ordered... didn't turn up...Emailed the team. They asked me to check with the post office...4 weeks later.. no show..Emailed the team expecting nothing to come of it.... Paul was brilliant. Seemed concerned and looked into the order. Offered refund or re send new order yesterday.. Arrived recorded delivery today!That was totally unexpected.So conclusion.. I was on the verge of writing a negative review... Paul turned it round!!! Thank you.

Ordered windscreen wipers on 06/12/2022, money taken same day. 6 emails and numerous unanswered calls no wiper blades , no contact from them, do they exist, AVOID.
