Dr Glancey and her team are always friendly and professional. I always ask lots of questions and Dr Glancey takes the time to explain everything which puts me at ease. The Clinic has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having cosmetic treatments.

I have been left with a lump in my cheek after filler over 12 months ago. I was left swollen and in pain for several weeks. I was given a treatment in a way I didn’t ask for. I was given a prescription and when I went back after weeks was offered no help. I had been at that point a loyal customer but it meant nothing when things went wrong!

Dr Glancy is a highly skilled surgeon with a passion for her job and a true desire to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Consultations are relaxed and informative with Dr Glancy taking the time to discuss options, potential outcomes and downtime offering the best way forward. The practice is very welcoming and spotlessly clean. The team at the Grove are super helpful, friendly and put you at your ease immediately. Always a pleasure visiting, highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Aesthetics at the Grove. I was quite apprehensive about the procedure, especially as it was on my under eyes, but I needn’t have been nervous at all. Dr Glancey and team did a perfect job and I felt very at ease the whole time. The pain was minimal (at the most) and I am incredibly pleased with the results. I used to look tired all the time with deep hollows beneath my eyes which cast a very dark shadow. This has been corrected completely and people have asked me repeatedly why I look so refreshed. Should I choose to have anything else done in the future it will 100% be with Aesthetics at the Grove. Great experience with super results. A*++!

Dr Glancy whole team are wonderful.. although we want to have these things done .. it is still scary but the Dr and the girls make you feel at ease . Would recommend anyone

I have received consultations with Lucy for over 16 years and would never go elsewhere. Lucy is a true professional (a Doctor and a Surgeon) and you are obviously in safe hands" whatever treatment you have. During the actual process of treatment she will confirm that what she is doing is what you want. Whilst advising on the best treatment she always leaves the final decisions to me. There is never a "hard sell" and a consultation is just that. You may decide it is not for you on the day and go back later. The staff are all extremely friendly whilst keeeping professional. I would highly recommend anybody goes to Lucy for advise and treatments."

I have been going to Aesthetics at the Grove for a few years now. I have botox and fillers as well as other cosmetic treatments. Latest being mole removal from my face. Lucy and her team are absolutely amazing, very friendly and put you at ease the moment you walk in. I am a nervous client (total nightmare).
