Only in town for a week, and without a car, and in need of a new suitcase. Was walking by and noticed they had a decent selection, considering they’re a cobbler. I looked around the area and didn’t see anywhere else to buy one. Customer service was great and had just what I needed.

I have used this shop for key cutting and a whole for my belt. Even to get a stud out of my football boot ! Always very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great service and professional work. Had my 5 year old Ben Sherman Chelsea boots re-soled and heeled. Cost 32 quid and worth every penny. I was given the choice of materials and colour for the sole and heel. The stitch and glue work is very well done. New lease of life for my favourite shoes. Get it done right the first time and go to the Crowthorne Village Cobbler.

I went to get my watch strap repaired. As it was literally only a 2 minute repair job, the owner was not going to charge me. This is great service. In times where small businesses are struggling, I was shocked that he did not want paying. I did of course pay and offered him money which he reluctantly accepted. Great service, Speedy work. Very happy. Would recommend 100%.
