Rachel undertook the design of our new home throughout the entire rebuild and remodel process, working in lockstep with our architects, builders and us. Throughout the process, she was incredible, and our builders and architects loved working with her as much as we did. She was patient, responsive, reliable and timely. The builders were never held up needing a decision from Rachel - she did so many things that I didn't even know needed doing - such as detailed drawings of where light sockets and electricity outlets, radiators and other things should go, to ensure we had the best look, feel and function, as well as the colour, fabrics, furniture layouts (which informed room sizes and shapes with architects), cupboards, kitchen layouts and more. I was extremely impressed with her technical excellence and ability to deliver on all these areas, and the amount of work and time that went into it.And goes without saying that she was amazing with the interior design colours and furnishings. She quickly got a feel for our tastes and styles, and provided a perfect combination of interesting ideas, adding flair and interest that we love but would never have thought of on our own, alongside colour and style that is ideal for us. She was patient and open when we didn't like her choices, when we disgreed with each other and even when we changed our own minds - and was always happy to provide alternatives and new ideas to ensure we were 100% excited. She involved us the whole way with everything that mattered to us or where she knew we needed to pay attention (even if we didn't think we cared!) but was also fabulous at just taking care of all the small things that we didn't have a preference for, all the way down to the hooks and other details that ensured everything fit together amazingly in the house. She even took care of all the ordering and deliveries.The result of this is that we are absolutely head over heels in love with our new home and credit Rachel with the entire look and feel being exactly what we dreamed of. I couldn't recommend her more highly and more whole heartedly.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rachel. She listen to us, our requirements and ideas, proposed creative ideas, and was the receptive to feedback. It was an easy and smooth process and helped us a lot with her views over difficult decisions. I cannot wait to see all the ground floor changes implemented!! I highly recommend her and I will keep her for the next stages of remodelling at our house.
