Donaldson Direct

The worst roof I’ve ever seen.Having served some of my Apprentiship working for Barrat Homes I have worked on 100’s of roofs. Recently I worked for a private customer who used Donaldson timber. It was the worst roof I have ever seen. Nothing fit and the drawing was unreadable.

Avoid!Dreadful experience with this company. Although the price was good and they delivered (roughly) on time there was loads of problems.

Excellent experience ordering trusses from Donaldson Direct. I used the online quotation form and had a quote and drawing back from Amy within minutes. A few small tweaks and the order was placed and payment made. Trusses arrived exactly when specified and the delivery driver; Neil, was polite and very efficient. Both Amy and Neil are a credit to the business and have ensured that Donaldson Direct will get my custom again. Highly recommended!
