IF YOU WANT GOOD PROPER STUFF GO TO A PROPER JEWELER !Bought present from children that was silver, I cant wear silver. Went for refund told not allowed , had to buy something from them!All their stuff is bonded/ gold plated rubbish , found 2 pair of earings. Told the stones would fall one set out if they got wet. So forced to buy a pair I didnt like. Dam things wouldnt stay clipped shut I have now lost 1only 3 months after I got them !!Cheap rubbish and no refunds. Waste of a present,n upset children...GO TO TOPPS

I both a gift for my fiancee snd she didn't like that ghift,so i was with hear on shop to exchange the product for something else.The told me the can do that because is a policy of the company.My fiancee never use that product.This is ridiculous. I spend in that dhop in the last 1 year more thrn 400£.Now i finish with that shop forever.DON'T RECOMAND FOR NO1 THIS SHOP

Paid £149 for a guys bracelet- gold bonded on to silver - hollow links - I was told by the store manger in Sittingbourne that it can dent when your shopping if you tap it on the trolley- seriously very disappointed - if you want something better go to Argos !!wont shop there again
