I had lovely service from Jade at White Rose. She helped me through some options as my usual wasn't available. People don't show much patience let alone at the end if the day with an indecisive customer. Just wanted to praise her for her efforts which I'm certain are consistent

Visited a couple of times now and the milk teas are lovely and staff knowledgeable. The only thing I'm never happy about is the tapioca not being ready. Once we had to wait 20 minutes and another 40 minutes which was just ridiculous and I refused. My daughter is autistic and loves bubble teas but each time it's a disappointment having to wait. This results in her having a meltdown which isn't good for her mental health. All products should be available when they open and for the rest of the day. And if not a sign should be displayed. Won't be visiting again because it's too much hassle and inconvenience.

I visit another bubble CiTea and was not impressed with the quality of service from the team. But despite how busy this small little kiosk seemed to be, everyone working was so friendly and really helpful with helping me decide what to drink, despite the massive queue. A much better, friendlier experience this time. Well done to the team, working in such a small space they seem to work great. I hope the other stores I’ve visited can take notice.

Absolutely vile bubble tea. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and it was absolutely rank! The tapioca was rock solid and the milk tasted off. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.

If you want sugar overdose then this is the place. Waste of money there’s better things to drink than this load of sugar.
