Woodley Flowers

Purchased over the internet, described what bouquet I would like sent and received lost of helpful advise. The bouquet was truly stunning and the recipient was extremely surprised and happy when she received it. Excellent service and would definitely recommend and use again.

Not impressed with the service of this Florist. Our son who works away from the UK placed an order through Interflora who passed the orderon to Woodley Flowers for Mothers Day. No Flowers had arrived at all on the day. His Mother was given a card by a Neighbour saying the Florist had tried to deliver the Flowers but the problem was it was the wrong address. When she contacted the Florist on Monday morning to say they had some flowers was she was met by the Florist saying they had tried a couple of times. When it was pointed out the gentleman had gone to the wrong address the lady was not even bothered and kept saying It was the right address" she would not admit they had gone to wrong house. She said they would be delivered Monday

It was the missus birthday a week ago and I had forgot to get a present (as usual) So I thought what better to get her other then a bouquet of flowers! So I popped into Woodley Flowers on the way back from work and bought a £30 bouquet, one of the florists in there made the flowers exactly to my instructions and I was very very happy with the results, neediless to say the missus loved them too.Very friendly staffWould definitely use again!

Amazing service with the most incredible, well experienced and friendly staff. Customer experience was on point from the start, with the best quality and attention to detail that fully catered to my needs. Flowers lasted much longer than I expected. Will certainly return again on many occasions!

A flower basket was delivered at 5.30 pm on 17.12.18 within 18 hrs some of the flowers were dying (not anywhere near a heat source or direct sunlight). I contacted the florist who agreed to replace my basket on either am of 20th or 21st. I called again today (21st) and they were definitely being delivered - except it is now 20.30 hrs & I'm off to bed with no flowers.Very poor customer service.Hopefully I can attach pics of semi dead flowers taken on day 2 showing them in a sorry state
