Great location right in the centre of brent. Good amount of space for cars to be parked next to the recycling skips. Everything is close by. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent first time experience using this place for a big clearout. We had mostly organised items in to what could be recycled / general rubbish and put it all in to a VW transport. There are LOTS of recycling options available so you can mostly sort everything. Electricals, monitors, clothing, paper & cardboard, wood, metals, light bulbs, garden waste, general waste etc…. The check-in process was very easy, we had pre booked through the website just the day before. It is a smooth process when you arrive. They just take your booking ref and you have to give two proof of address, they accepted a digital copy of one of our bills. We had to drive on to the scales to weight the van, which is just on the floor as you drive in to the entrance. I’m assuming this is just to make sure we weren’t bringing any heavy industrial waste (which is chargeable). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly in tell us which skips to sort ours items in to. We didn’t feel rushed at all, though it wasn’t busy at all at the times we visited. Would highly recommend it for anyone in Brent.

This is an excellent facility. Helpful staff, kept scrupulously clean and tidy, and with many bins which means as much stuff is recycled as possible. Much better than neighbouring Ealing!

Worst customer service ever. Very arrogant member of staff, even the ‘site manager’ is arrogant and unprofessional. We made a company booking to drop off some plastic recycling (local company, literally on the other side on the road) We gave them all the details, reg number etc. We went there on time, and the ‘lady’ at the gatehouse asked me for my id. I told her I can give it to her but my post code is not local. Anyway she checked it out, and told me that my post code is not from here. I said I know, I just told you that. The company I work for made this booking, which is 2 min away from here, and I showed her the booking confirmation. Then the ‘site manager’ showed up and they both started to argue with me that I can’t bring company recycling here, only household waste. Then I started get a bit annoyed, as my colleague just dropped off the same recycling last week with the same booking method and same van. They couldn’t explain that, and they refused to let us in. Very unprofessional, they don’t know what they doing there. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

My review is about how they charge us. I took 4 kitchen drawers and 3 kitchen cupboard doors (not included in free items), but together I had more items (free). On the check in a guy from the reception asked me how many kilos of paid items I had. Well, sorry I don’t know, it's a very specific question. By the end, on the check out I went to paid and they charged me £57 saying that since I didn’t know for certain how many kilos of paid items I had in van, they calculated the overall weight of all items, including paid and free items. So, 7 paid items that probably didn’t weight 30kg were absurdly charged.

I love using this recycling centre. Staff are always on hand, helpful and extremely pleasant. We'll done!

Recently I needed to get rid of a lot of books and cardboard boxes, I didn't know that now we have to book an appointment, years ago when I used to go there more often there was no need for all this faff.Any way I had a problem with my phone, it wouldn't let me do the booking for some reason but the staff were very helpful including the 5 star manager who used his phone to book me in,When I say the staff were very helpful, I'm not including the man working in the cabin on the left, he was absolutely awful, just said no" "you cannot " to everything. I found him to be a stain on otherwise friendly and helpful staff."

One year waiting to open the simple account.Group of idiots it is too much of you in there and you delay with simple tasks. Unacceptable and the way how you treat customers on the phone is disgusting. You’ll never run this kind of company without support from the city, because in normal companies you can’t treat people like that.

Been here many times and my husband and I have had consistently positive experiences. Always and without fail, the staff are friendly and helpful, even when it’s pouring with rain or first thing on a winter morning. These guys are truly role-models when it comes to customer service and we are very grateful to have had so many stress-free visits over the years.
