From my initial phone call with Sam to the engineer attending, the service was fantastic.Booked in at a time I could work around with work. Engineer was very knowledgeably, did his best to resolve our issue. Even spoke with Severn Trent to get this issue escalated and resolved further.Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. They really go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Great service, the lady I spoke to initially was very helpful and thorough, gave me potential costs before I booked the job which were reasonable. Then Matt arrived in the time frame I requested, was very polite and quick to assess my drainage issue. He gave great advice and follow up process.I would definitely recommend The Drain People as I've been let down by other drainage companies in the Tamworth area.

What a brilliant company.Having recently moved into a bungalow, we discovered by having a survey, that there was a drainage problem which meant that waste was backing up and blocking the vent pipe. Apart from the awful smell, it meant having the system jet cleaned out at very regular intervals. Called in the Drain People, who responded very quickly. Sam looked at the problem, took on board our concerns about our newly refurbished bathroom, came up with the solution and assured us that on finishing, we would not know that they had been.Well, how true was that !The team turned up a couple of weeks later, and worked virtually non stop until the job was finished. The three guys were polite, considerant and very tidy. Problem solved, no mess and a pleasant experience. Fantastic !Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you the Drain People.

Excellent service from The Drain People. From my initial enquiry where I was given a fixed price from a knowledgeable member of staff to Matt arriving within a couple of hours.I Immediately knew my drains were in safe hands, Matt explained everything clearly and unblocked everything quickly and cleanly. Excellent, professional and friendly service, would recommend them every time.

Just wanted to thank The Drain People for a great service. We recently had some issues with a drain that is routed under our building that proved very problematic to sort, but they didn't give up and managed to get the issue sorted despite requiring more than one visit. Highly recommedned if you need this type of service.

Used The Drain People to install an internal drain cover for a man hole that had been left with a temporary cover following the building of am extension. Jack did a fantastic job. He was polite, hard working and did a really professional job. Would use again if I had any drainage related issues and would recommend to others.

I contacted on Thursday evening, got a prompt reply on WhatsApp and by Friday afternoon the job has been done. It was a tricky job with a stubborn blockage on the 1st floor, but they got it cleared, plus both chaps were professional and friendly. Couldn't really ask for better service.

Fantastic work carried out by two genuine guys who had to drill out concrete in my drains. Done to a very high standard with amazing kit, at an affordable rate. Don’t see that very often. Thank you.

After an initial hitch with the arranged appointment, I was visited by a gentleman who assessed the situation and advised me to contact Severn Trent about the reported issue as it was a shared drain. I did so and they came out the following day. The problem was sorted very swiftly and did not cost me a penny.I appreciated that the guy that came from the Drain People gave me sound advice and pointed me in the right direction. I did not get his name but he had a big beard and lots of tattoos. Lovely chap, who gave me confidence in the company.Thank you so much.

I would highly highly recommend this company. Jack did an absolutely AMAZING job. I needed to change a manhole cover and that involved to take out some slabs and even a fence to get a better access. There was quite a bit of extra work. The finish was VERY thorough and neat. BRILLIANT JOB!!! I want to also mention that Jess was very helpful via emails ( providing a quote, answering other questions). Thank you, The Drain People TEAM!! :)
