We rented a place with Farrell Lewis a few months ago, and have been happy with the service provided so far. The team (main interactions with Billy) have been responsive, kept us up to date, and have worked well to address some of the teething issues we've had with the property. They've also been courteous and professional in all the dealings we've had with them so far.

The process of getting me a house to rent was so nice and Iam really happy with the place. I found few issues with thingsin the house when I came and they helped me really veryquickly. The team was fast to get everything sorted and help. Iam really impressed with the service Farrell Lewis has provided me in last few months and I hope they will keep up the good work

I instructed Farrell Lewis to rent out my mother's flat in Hammersmith and manage the tenancy.After some damp issues arose, I had to work closely with the property management team, inparticular Mark Pierce, to have works done to then re-let the property. Mark was highly efficientand without him we would still be haemorrhaging money and not getting anywhere. Now we havenew tenants going into our newly decorated flat (after only three days on the market) and all dampissues are resolved thanks to Mark and his team. The residential property management team atFarrell Lewis are worth their weight in gold and will only get the best possible results for you, whilstensuring you are looked after, as well as your property. Terrible experience renting with them, dangerously negligent and rude.Tried to charge us for damage they photographed before we were tenants, failed to fix heating in January for nearly a week when it should legally be done in 48h. The agent would also let himself into the flat as he pleased, I could go on. Have rented with more than half a dozen agents and none come anywhere close to how bad the experience was with Farrell Lewis and in particular Billy.

Billy has been extremely helpful, thoughtful and understanding throughout the process of helping us to find new rental home. He listened carefully to our requirements (which were demanding and complicated) and put a lot of energy into find an apartment that was a good fit for us. Not the experience we expected. Before signing the contract we were promised to have some enhancements in the property but unfortunately not fulfilled, gave us some hard time. Overall wouldn’t recommend them but if no choice avoid dealing with Billy (Bilal) he is the worst.
