Bridgnorth Tyres- Team Protyre

Ordered tyres from an online agent to be fitted at Protyre. Arrived to have them fitted and nothing had been delivered. I needed them that day for a business trip the next day. I cancelled the original order as Protyre got the right tyres delivered and fitted them later in the day.Really nice polite staff and great service. I will always go to Protyre from now on. Thank you

I went to Bridgnorth Tyres to have a problem with my car's suspension checked. After some investigation, the cause was identified. I expected that I would need to book in my car another day to have the work done, but, within a couple of hours, the faulty elements were replaced and the problem was fixed!I was impressed with how very cooperative and helpful all the members of staff were, and with their keeness to resolve the problem that I had. My car now runs very smoothly, thanks to their efforts.

Manager is so helpful, reassuring and did all he could to help. Been a regular customer here for years and the service is as good now as ever had to wait a while due to being busy but fair play to them for getting the job done I won't go anywhere else.

I blew a tired thought it was just ware the team found a faulty spring was the cause within a few hours the work was done no bother at all. Easy and friendly service

Never again. Tried to get tyres sorted through the garage and was told to come down after a service that my car was getting at its dealership on friday at 4pm. Showed up and then got fobbed off it was to late to do a report for a tyre request on a company lease vehicle.Went back after the bank holiday on Tuesday and was told to wait as someone would be over to sort the report with me, this was over an hour whilst two other customers who came in after me were seen before and had tyres replaced. Finally the report was filled out and i was told that they could only get one of the three tyres needed as the other were ok, even though my service report said and shown me, the two front were below legal limit and a rear had a cracked side wall.They said they would send the report off and get back to me.Still not heard back and have now had to arrange a mobile tyre fitter as the car is illegal to drive.The chap with the bald head and remembrance poppy tattoos is an absolute waste of time and with the look and his attitude, he might as well of just said he couldnt be arsed.Used to be brilliant when it was bridgnorth tyres but i wouldnt give them the time of day ever again.
