Fantastic service, put in my Longines VHP for a battery replacement, got it back 48 hours later, looking shiny and new.This vintage Alpina hand winding beauty was gaining over an hour a day. One reasonably priced, speedy service later, and Boom! As good as new.

Took my Longines Conquest watch in for repair as it kept stopping randomly. I've had this watch serviced before by Longines (at a greater cost) and despite them having it for over 6 weeks it has returned consistently losing time. After less than 3 weeks with PWS it was returned looking brand new and so far (a week later) it is keeping perfect time. I'm delighted with the whole process from start to finish.

Needing a new battery, I went onto the Longines website to look for an authorised service centre. Perpetual Watch Services appeared in the results so I gave them a call. The phone was answered in seconds and they were most helpful from the outset. Very efficient service with a quick turnaround - my watch is back on my wrist just 4 working days later, new battery and seal installed and pressure tested. Cost was very reasonable too. Will definitely be using their services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I've just returned with my watch that Ciaran did a full service on and fitted a new mainspring although it's only a Seiko from 1971and the mainspring was obsolete he sourced one he still treated at as a expensive watch and treated it the same as a £££££ watch . I shall return to him again next time it needs servicing . And at a very competitive price . Good job Ciaran

Just had two old Omega watches wonderfully serviced by Cieran, the Master Watchmaker at Perpetual. The first was an Omega Constellation self-winding Chronometer that I'd bought 62 (!) years ago as a new watch. Its Cal 551 movement was gaining nearly a minute per day but Cieran stripped it down and has restored it to only +1 sec per day, much better than I'd ever thought possible. The whole piece is now working as well as it did in 1962. Amazing.The other Omega was recently left to me in his will by an old friend. I knew from its serial number that it was a WW2 piece from 1944 and that the movement was an Omega 30TC, chronometer grade. Its timing was all over the place but Cieran took it apart and worked his Irish magic again. Now it gains less than one second a day, extraordinary for such an old watch.Needless to say I give Perpetual Watch Services my highest possible endorsement and recommendation for their skill and expertise. Not only that, Perpetual is just a minute away from Exit 1 on the M60 and there are parking spaces!

I sent my vintage watch containing a Peseux 320 movement to Perpeptual ltd. for a full service (strip down, clean, lubrication, regulation etc.) as it was running very poorly, gaining at least an hour every day. Watch is now running beautifully and keeps time perfectly. Excellent customer service provided all round. Highly recommend

Great service and accurate estimates for the work required. I took in two watches, my wife's for a new quartz engine and my watch for a full service and new autowind mechanism. My watch was purcahsed in 1976 and on collection the watch looks brand new, wonderful.

I was delighted by the work they did on my watch. I took it in for a new strap and to be regulated (because it was running markedly slow) and ended up having it fully serviced. Although it got caught up in a national lockdown that meant I had to wait rather longer to get it back than I had expected, when the timetable for the end of restrictions was announced they offered to return the watch to me by special delivery at no extra charge. It arrived (on time!) the following day, and since then it has run better than it has done for many years. Thank you.
