My elderly sister became faint when we were in the store yesterday lunchtime. The girls at the counter were so kind. They ran for a chair and a drink of water and gave us all the time we needed til she felt better. The ladies in the yard also let us move the car nearer the door.We have always found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, but yesterday you excelled yourselves. Ordered smokeless coal online. They let me know about delivery day. Came on day agreed. Driver put 1 ton pallet exactly where I wanted. ( It was easy access though). Price was about the best I could get after search online. Whole experience was first class.

Firstly, it's big and clean when you drive in. Large indoor store with most or more than what you need. They also have a large timber yard with quality wood, not cheap though! Service is excellent even when queues.

Excellent farmers and general store for the public, Friendly and helpful staff, good parking and opens 7 days a week, just off the A30 main road, very festive at the moment with Christmas trees to buy outside and a big range of Christmas items in the store as well,
