Zayne has been looking after my car for a few years now and he's the only mechanic I wholeheartedly trust. He is honest, transparent, and always takes the time to breakdown and explain any issues found with my car. If there is ever an issue, I know I can give him a call and he will give me advice on the best way to proceed, and what my options are. Whenever I need a mot/service, my car is picked up from home and returned in a timely manner which is really convenient. The service is always excellent and the prices fair. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Brought in my car and I got a top level repair job at a quality price. The car looked brand new all done within 2 days.10/10

Seriously could not rate John Allen’s in Great Harwood any higher. Took our daughters car to be repaired, due to damage caused in a small collision with a country lane wall. It looks amazing and you’d never know it had been repaired. On top of excellent workmanship, it’s been a long time since I have spoken to someone who is so polite, friendly, helpful, genuine and who explained things to someone who knows not much about cars. After having a slight altercation with a bollard, I was recommended John Allen. And was not disappointed, great value for money, and expert knowledge and experience.Zayne was particularly helpful in keeping me well informed and even delivered the car back to my address which eased the process. He did an excellent job on the paintwork on my fiesta, and you wouldn’t even know I’d hit a bollard.Definitely recommend.

Amazing service received from zayne mechanic, after going round in circles with main dealers and local garages being ripped off, I was able to get a full vehicle diagnostic with zayne who has a mastermind with VW group engines, he found that my mechatronic box had cracked/leaked oil and he fixed it for me, also I had many other issues show up on diagnostic report which he fixed, couldnt be any happier! The paint job done on my bumper was also amazing, looks like a showroom job! I was getting quoted over 4k just on parts and labour but zayne did it for near enough to half the price, I would highly recommend to all friends and family! His work shows the amount of experince he has! Travelled all the way up from yorkshire and it was worth the journey!

Called on recommendation from a friend, my 10 year old BMW needed some minor damage repair I have been putting off for a long time. Not only did they beat the small dents and scuffs out they gave it a full stage 3 detail completely bringing the car back to life. Even dropped off and picked the car up for me! Top lads very highly recommended. Will definitely be using again if need be. Happy customer.

I'd like to credit zayne for his miraculous job on my toyota, spoke me through everything as clear as crystal! Had lots of scuffs on vehicle repaired, oil and battery supplied and fitted! Had quite a few more extras done on car, wish he was based more towards manchester but I'll tell you what, journey was all worth it! Highly recommend! Very well experienced and helpful staff. These guys can do almost everything. Drove all the way from Bury for an unknown fault with my c63 and they located the issue within 5 minutes and sorted it there and then. It was well worth the journey. I also appreciate the honesty.
